That people before eat healthy food , freshly : that they prepared it in the Home , eat a lot of dates Because they have a lot of palms and they eat Fresh fish Because their Homes overlooking the sea . Because The Women have a lot of time to sit in the home by clean and prepare a family food without going to the job because it’s not allowed . But Today : every things will be change that the life style change . That all of the young people depend on eating a lot of food like : for example : Burger , fried , Shwarma and so on . Of course this change its related to have a lot of reasons for that : One of the main reason it occurs . That the article explain it : One of the main reasons is the change in lifestyle. Many people in the UAE are working long hours in the job , shifts, or extended school days. They don’t have time to prepare good food. Second reason : Women are now starting to work in the Emirates, so no time to prepare the food . A Third reason is advertising. That people like to try new products and different kinds of fast food. However, this change in diet can have some serious effects. One effect is on health. That Many individuals in the UAE are becoming obese. These people will be less productive and have conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. Another result of fast food culture is the loss of the family tradition of eating together. A further effect is on the economy. That Many of the fast-food companies are franchisees of foreign corporations, so profits leave the country .
In my opinion , I think we can change our life style of foods by doing The alternatives way .First : eating a freshly food by bring it with us when we work . like for example : bring a small sandwich from the home with A cucumber , tomato and so on . Second : Buy a canning that continue the fruit pieces its very tasty and freshly and buy ready made salad from supermarket also its freshly . Third : eating and doing the sports if you have enough time that effect a very good way of your health without any diseases . Fourth : Mitigation of eating a fast food at least one weak in the day . At the last , try to eat from local restaurants its will be a very good preparing for food like : Mandy , baryani , Grilled food like : kabab and so on to generate the profits for the local restaurants rather than foreign corporations that will not effect on the economy .
